I was extremely pleased at the speed of shipment, the quality of the phone so much so I bought my daughter a MacBook Pro for Christmas. Be advised...there is a Military Discount option of which I was not aware until after I bought these things. Very pleased and I highly recommend.

Phone came within a couple of days after placing the order. No marks. Perfect condition. I got an IPhone XS Max in excellent condition. The only problem is the top left hand corner at times is unresponsive but wasn’t enough to return the phone. I will be purchasing from this seller aga

Arrived like new, can't even tell that it was refurbished, well done BackMarket! As for the phone itself, huge improvement over what I had before, Samsung's OS has some weird quirks that took some getting used to but nothing unlivable. I did have to dig into dev options to remove some bloatware from Samsung and AT&T that came preinstalled on the phone, but after getting it set up how I like, I can honestly give it the highest compliment which I am capable of giving a mobile device: I don't think about it, I just use it.

I was really scared of getting it at first in fear of being scammed but I’m now making this review on my iPhone 12 pro ^^. The only problem I have is that the screen sometimes flickers like a greenish tint on dark screens around the edges but its barely noticeable so I’m not worrying about it.

My refurbished IPhone is great! I’m pleased that I could buy a good quality refurbished Iphone for a lot less than a new.

This refurbished phone is working great and the price was fair. The battery charges but does not last all day. They gave me a low, but fair price on my trade-in.

I like it! I've never been much of an android person and finally decided to try one and I'm glad I picked this one! Great camera! only flaw is it sometimes freezes up and I have to force restart it, other than that this is a great device! I'll definitely be buying more tech from backmarket

In a world of giant tablet size flagship phones with fancy features that I don’t want (always on display, dynamic island) or will never use (advanced camera system), the iPhone SE is the perfect amount of phone for me. My phone arrived in excellent condition both in terms of cosmetics and battery health— it looks like it was barely used— if at all. I plan to use this phone for the next three to five years. I could not be happier with my purchase.

just received my order, I ordered excellent condition, this phone has the corners all scared up. looks like it's been dropped several times. other than that it seems to be ok so far. I just expected more from excellent condition
