This thing is amazing, I cannot believe I didn’t get one of these sooner! The scooter that arrived looks amazing and apparently only has a life total of 60 miles rode; it’s virtually brand new! And I got it for about half the new price!!

If you're debating on whether you should buying this Segway Ninebot ES4, or not, just do it already. Instead of having to assemble a brand new scooter from scratch, it feels good knowing the guys over at BackMarket are the ones assembling this product and refurbishing this product for you. I love that they even touched base with me periodically to make sure everything was running smoothly. Stop contemplating, because even I'm waiting on buying my second very soon. ;)

Summary: good product, great price, and amazing customer service. I’m a college student who bought this three month ago. This is really good product and the price is amazingly great. The best part of it was the customer service is way beyond anything that I experienced before. I had few of minor problems. I contacted the seller, and they gave solution to fix or give part of it to fix the problem. It was just great to be able to contact and figure out how to solve the problem right away. Unfortunately, I got my e scooter stolen, but I am think about getting another one. Thank you so much!

I am Thoroughly pleased with my refurbished Segway!! I had a wonderful experience with the backmarket app from the beginning. For starters, the price was very desirable, the description was honest and easy to interpret, leaving me confident in my order. Following the wonderful experience of shopping, after placing my order I received an email stating I would be receiving my scooter 7-10 days from the date I had placed my order. When I’m fact I received my scooter in 1/2 that time! The assembly was very simple and the directions were very easy to read. The battery was already 3/4 of the way charge md, so I had my scooter on the road in no time at all!! I did have one question regarding the headlight. I text the support number & the staff responded to me quickly and answered all my questions. They even followed up with me the following day! With gas prices as high as they are, I ride my scooter for all my errands within the city. I will absolutely be a life long customer of back market!!

Very good reconditioning conditions. Looks like new. Product quality: Almost perfect. Goes fast, accelerates quickly, some power in the hills. Some screws undo themself due to vibrations and need to be fixed.

Im able to get to town and back. Its a wonderful way to get around. The scooter was easy to setup and even better to ride around on. It has cruise control and some other features making it comfortable. The lights good, comes with a bell and all too.

I received the scooter a few days ago, assembled it (this took only a few minutes), and it runs great! Better than expected, in fact. I am very pleased with my purchase from King Micromobility, Inc. other than the screws being stripped and the wheel misaligned with the handle bars and the slow shipping, it’s a high quality scooter for a good price and it’s good edit: i fixed the misalignment problem easily i just hear a little rattle in the back tire nothing much
