First of all let me say that my phone arrived in mint condition! I was shocked that it looked like a new phone. Delivery was quick and phone was better than expected. Price was fair, but a little more than what you’d pay from buying from someone off Craigslist or marketplace. Having a warranty is worth paying a little bit more😃

Not only the screen stopped working in 6 month after purchase of the phone in “excellent” condition, but after sending for repairs I am being misled by the seller. They received the phone on November 17th, the repairs according to the policy are supposed to be completed within 3 business days. The seller has created the label and advised me that the repaired phone is shipped. Up till this moment the phone is not received by USPS.

When the phone arrived, no alert tones worked. After I notified Back Market, the problem was resolved remotely within two days. Seems to be working fine now. The phone is in excellent shape physically.
