I love this laptop. It's lightning fast, great display, good as new keyboard, and adapted so quickly to my software I use for work. Can't recommend enough! AND an added plus it's good looking and lightweight! Battery got me through a whole 7.5hr shift (with battery to spare) when I forgot my charger, too. The only issue was shipping but that was on USPS, not on the company that shipped it!

Was skeptical about buying this unit but in the end I decided to give it a try, to my surprise the unit came very clean, no dents or scratches, super clean. I'm impressed with Backmarket.

It is a good machine - my only quibble is with the research and time it took to update the drivers after I got it. Maybe make it more clear what all a buyer will need to do in order to set up the machine for use once they get it. I also found that some of your vendors were advertising (on their backmarket listings) that they accept paypal when in fact they would not, which was annoying, since I am working overseas and it seems that my visa is not good enough for many merchants - that was also super annoying. I had actually wanted a different laptop, but after many frustrating attempts to buy it with my visa card, I gave up. The jury is out as to whether I am willing to risk that frustration again the next time I need a refurbished laptop. Thank you for asking.

Ordered on Friday morning (7/21/23) and it arrived on Monday morning (7/24/23) in excellent condition. It came in the original Dell box and was basically brand new. Very satisfied.
