Came quickly (3 days) like it said, came in excellent condition just like I ordered!! Only found one tiny nick on the back that’s not even noticeable after the case and everything else was perfect literally new:) I’ve had it for 4 days now and I have been LOVING my new iPad, the games run smoothly and never lag, I have very good wifi so it plays a big part! I’m so satisfied with my order, I use it everyday and the battery is awesome too! I can play for 4-5 hours nonstop before the battery gets low, I am in love. No issues so far! Do wish I had gotten more storage though haha, not a problem though can always buy more. Never been happier thank you so much:)

My 9 year old Apple Watch was slowing dying this past year. It had lived a good life. I wasn’t willing to pay $400 for the newest-hottest watch. I was told about the Back Market App. I liked that merchandise is 100% verified. I found a Series 5 watch just like I wanted. I ordered and received the watch really quickly. The watch is brand new and set up easily to my phone. All my previous 38mm bands fit the new 40mm case. I’m very pleased with my new watch!! Highly recommend Back Market. It's GREAT!! It was a great price. I'm an older adult living on social security. My old phone was from 2020, and it had had it! This one is two years newer, is 5G, and was a terrific price. Back Market is my go-to refurbished phone store from now on.

I have purchased several items from Back Market over the past several years. I have been very happy with the quality of each project, as well as with the overall purchase process. The Apple Watch Series 9 purchase was excellent. The watch was in "as new" condition, and delivered within a reasonable timeframe.

The product quality and condition are excellent. I recently purchased an item listed as in " fair condition". I inspected the item and I was impressed by it's excellent condition.

My iPhone 14 Pro purchase went well receiving it promptly and in good condition. The battery charged to 100% which pleased me. I opted for the “good” rating and mine did have a ding in the upper right corner which fortunately is a cosmetic issue only. The phone functions perfectly. So far, I am enjoying this upgrade from my iPhone 12. I purchased this upgrade to get a better camera for photos I’ll be taking on an upcoming trip to Europe. Also traded my old phone as part of this purchase and await my credit for that. So far - I am very pleased with my Backmarket purchase!

BackMarket never disappoints. Have made a few purchases here and they are always great. My recent purchase being the apple IPad 10th gen. Received a generic charger and plug preventing the iPad from charging but overall the product works great. Ordered a new charger for it.
