I ordered this iPhone (XS Max in silver), but had lots of issues with the software and/or touchscreen just doing whatever it wanted. I tried resetting the cell and everything I could think of to try and fix the issues to no avail. After about a month, I contacted the company that provided the phone and Backmarket as well. Both were very responsive to me and made sure to right the situation quickly by sending me another phone, although the replacement was black instead of silver. No biggie, though, since I keep a cover/protector on the phone. The replacement phone works great and looks brand new. I totally appreciated the quick and attentive customer service!

The phone looked in good condition cosmetically but there were several glitches with it. The camera has trouble focusing, the flash button and the camera button don't work from m the link ck screen etc. The

I did order green and received a lavender iPhone 11 with no charger inside with that being said I absolutely love my lavender iPhone 11 now it has grown on me. More importantly I ordered a fair condition phone but in my opinion it was better than fair it only had 1 small scratch on it that doesn't bother me at all. Everything functions on this phone and my battery health is at 86% which is great. My phone can go all day and night without charging it. The seller did make up for the mistake and is sending me a charger so all is well.

Screen started Giving all kinds of problems. And you can’t get hold of anyone. “Oh send it back and we will fix it” if you can’t send a phone that works in the first place how are you going to fix this that it works? And who can be without a phone for a week or more?
