This Surface Laptop has been a huge upgrade from the Surface Pro 3 I was using for my school work, Data Science projects, and DAW software. I love being able to multitask seamlessly, and the sleek design makes me feel confident in my classes. The condition was, in fact, excellent. When I was looking at comparable refurbished options, I did notice that this option was on the higher-end. I have utilized BackMarket's 12-month warranty before, so I figured this would be the best deal. My one caveat and the reason for 4/5 stars is due to the product I received having the fabric keyboard instead of the aluminum keyboard that I assume would age better. The photos of the product showed an aluminum keyboard, and there was no mention in the specs (I looked at least 3 times) that the keyboard was different than the one pictured. I almost sent the product back for this reason, but the semester had already begun, so I did not have the time.

The laptop was in the condition expected, with light use (scratches on the bottom that are minor; the top is pristine), and the set up of Windows etc. went as usual for a new computer. The battery life is decent - a few hours of intense use without power. The computer feels like a new one. A great deal overall.

It's been 2 weeks since I received the ordered laptop and I can't stress enough how great this company is. The laptop arrived in excellent condition so far haven't noticed anything not working properly. There are no scratches, no blemishes. I am very satisfied with this laptop and with Back Market, I have already recommended my friends. I actually bought my I-phone 14 plus here as well and it was almost brand new. I highly recommend Back Market, not only the savings are fabulous but the quality as well. I'm a happy customer!!

Did not know about Back Market until I made this purchase and they really delivered, got exactly what I paid for and their wrapping job was impeccable, felt incredibly confident that the product wasn't damaged in transit.

Perfect little laptop that does everything I want it to! It even has a touch screen which was not listed in the features, but a nice surprise. Also came with a charging cable. It was packaged well and in great condition as advertised. Had a small initial issue with network connectivity, but I was easily able to reset the network settings and it’s been running perfectly ever since.

This laptop is amazing! No, it isn't brand new but you would NEVER know that. Everything runs so smoothly, the speed is insane and it provides everything I need in a work laptop without spending a ridiculous amount of money. The shipping was fast and my laptop was ready to go straight out of the box! I have definitely found my new go to for future electronics! THANK YOU BACKMARKET!!!

i have only had my laptop for a couple of weeks and so far, I am very happy with it. Everything came as expected, and the laptop works beautifully and looks brand new. Any questions I had were answered extremely promptly and in full. I would definitely recommend BackMarket.

Device came, runs great, but it runs a little hot so I bought a cooling pad to help! All in all, it's an amazing device, but don't expect out of store quality, just a noticeable upgrade from what you're probably used to!

If I didn't know that my laptop was refurbished, I would never have known by looking at it. It looks and behaves like a brand new unit. Additionally, the seller threw in an upgrade of a touchscreen.
