Ordering and delivery were great. I was definitely hesitant ordering refurbished, but overall it’s been a good experience. Took a gamble with getting a “good” condition and so far I’ve only found a couple of things. The right click button doesn’t seem to work and the speakers only seem to work on the left side. It works Overall it is a great deal and wonderful way to get a good product. Will likely buy again

Laptop works great, tested all functions/hardware. In my case the "Fair" condition was because of scratches and nicks on the outside casing. Well within the definition of what BackMarket says to expect for this grade. I was really pleased there were no scratches on the screen, although some level of scratched screen would have been fine since that falls under the "Fair" condition definition.

Overall, it was a great purchase at an awesome price point. The iphone 12 had minimal scratches and has been working great. It did arrive a bit dirty and had to be cleaned off, but otherwise I had a very good experience. I would highly recommend buying from Back Market.

When I got my MacBook it looked brand new. The only thing was 2 keys are a bit sticky but that’s just the type of keyboard and there is one scratch but other than that I am VERY satisfied with my purchase!

Works well but I only use it to play games. Description failed to mention a deep scratch on the screen and the fact that it only charges to 85%. It's fine because it can hold that charge for a long time. Good for the price point. Descriptions should be more accurate though!

My iPad came in great condition and the price was reasonable. Great experience would definitely recommend buying from here.

The product runs well... No major issues there (so far) However, the battery life seems to be much less than I expected... I have to charge it pretty regularly. So, that was a little disappointing. Also, the hinge for the MacBook is pretty flimsy and loose and I have to be really gentle with it when I open it to make sure it doesn't get any worse. The battery problem is kind of acceptable given how old it is, but the flimsy hinge for opening it is not acceptable to me. But neither of those are enough for me to want to return or refund it or anything. The computer itself seems to run fine. I am a writer and just wanted to have an older, separate computer to type on and this serves that purpose.

My MacBook Air is working wonderfully so far though I have only had it a few weeks. The battery lasts a surprisingly long time for it being such an old model. I am very happy with the price and quality of this purchase. Would totally recommend.

bueno mi gente, nunca he visto una review en español en esta app, pero aqui les va!!! yo pedi la macbook pro m1, 16 de ram y 264 o algo asi de almacenamiento ADEMAS de excellent conditiom. Ok, la macbook llego con un cargador generico, osea no te llega con un cargador original pero te puedes comprar uno en amazon original. me llego con un 88% de bateria, me dura aproximadamente de 8 a 9 horas al dia sin problema; hablando de teclado, vino muuuuyyyy usado, te recomiendo reemplazar las teclas del teclado con uno de amazon, eso hice yo sinceramente 10/10, es hermoso y parece nueva, ademas de que le compre un forro para cuidarla. respecto a las marcas de uso, tiene algunas pero nada sorprendente, con un forro no se nota nada so todo bien. otro detalle es que por los lados la pantalla en la parte donde doce macbook pro, en la esquinas de donde se cierra la pantalla se puede ver una luz de la pantalla por los lados, es un problema que podria causar problemas pero puedes arreglar esto llevandola a que la aprieten a un tecnico ademas de que es algo barato. Al igual que la bateria, puedes reemplazarla tu mismo (cosa q no recomiendo es complicado) o llevarla a un tecnico, tampoco es algo...
