For a laptop listed in fair condition, this MacBook looked great to me. Once I put a case on it, it looked even better. There were barely any scratches—just one small dent on the front and some normal wear near the charging port. Overall, I’m very happy with the purchase.

I was hesitant buying refurbished, but the MacBook I ordered came to me looking brand new. The battery health was in excellent condition. Everything works as expected. Way cheaper than buying a new MacBook.

I love it! I have bought the MacBook in “Fair” condition; and obviously there was signs of wear, but that’s just the body—everything else internally is functional. This goes by the responsiveness of the keyboard, and overall performance of the laptop is flawless. It has helped me out as a college student!

Ordered the good option and it looks and works like it’s straight from the box! Plus it came with a charger, which I was pleasantly surprised by. I’ve had it for about 2 weeks now and am very happy. If no major problems arise I’ll certainly never buy a new laptop again ;)

I ordered the good category that was cheaper than a lesser memory model. And was extremely surprised by how good the quality was. Other than a few fine scratches on the top and bottom. It was in very good condition. I will keep an eye out for any new things I might buy in the future.

Laptop works great, tested all functions/hardware. In my case the "Fair" condition was because of scratches and nicks on the outside casing. Well within the definition of what BackMarket says to expect for this grade. I was really pleased there were no scratches on the screen, although some level of scratched screen would have been fine since that falls under the "Fair" condition definition.

When I got my MacBook it looked brand new. The only thing was 2 keys are a bit sticky but that’s just the type of keyboard and there is one scratch but other than that I am VERY satisfied with my purchase!

Ordering and delivery were great. I was definitely hesitant ordering refurbished, but overall it’s been a good experience. Took a gamble with getting a “good” condition and so far I’ve only found a couple of things. The right click button doesn’t seem to work and the speakers only seem to work on the left side. It works Overall it is a great deal and wonderful way to get a good product. Will likely buy again

My iPad came in great condition and the price was reasonable. Great experience would definitely recommend buying from here.
