Im extremely satisfied with my purchase from this company. Honestly my MacBook Pro has a few dents and scratches but the battery and keys board actually working make up for it. Thank you very much for packing the laptop properly. I bought another MacBook Pro from Walmart market place and it was the worst experience I’ve ever had with a computer keys didn’t work and battery died in 2 hours. So if I ever need to make another purchase I am sticking with back market.

The laptop makes a bit of noise and the command key had a bit of discoloration from it being used a lot from the previous owner other than that everything else seems to be okay so far.

I didn’t know this product required batteries, but that’s better for me

They sent me the totally wrong model
