Listen this my second time buying a refurbished phone and i am pleased with both purchases my phones came with no scratches nothing wrong with it and battery health was not charged when i got it but it’s gone work thank you

My S24 arrived packaged really nicely and looked like brand new. I was a little concerned because the battery was at 0% charge, but after charging it has been working flawlessly. I'm really happy with it and glad I bought it!

I honestly was skeptical about this site but I can truly say it is LEGIT!!!!! I spend some time doing my due diligence on back market by checking reviews and watching youtube videos but once everything checked out I ordered my iPhone 14 plus. It works perfectly fine for me with just 2 minor dings on the side at the bottom. I purchased in good condition but everything was almost perfect besides those two dings. Thank you Back Market!!!

Phone was listed as ‘good’ condition but actually is pretty excellent in my opinion. This is a good first experience with Back Market. We will see with future purchases. I definitely recommend them over Reebelo! If you’re looking at both companies, this one seems to be the more reputable.

It was at a great price as you have to watch every day almost every hour for a price change and when it does you better get it quick because for the price and what it looks like makes it worth the wait on back market as it worked well with no scratches

The only thing (that i expected) is the battery came at 80% health, but it still lasts so much longer than my old phone. Camera quality is perfect, touchscreen is perfect, charger port wasn't dusty or damaged, and the speakers are crystal clear. I'm in love!

I thought I bought a refurbished phone. It arrived in a few days. After switching over to the new phone I could barely hear the caller. Called customer Serivce and was told to return the phone. 2 days later I was issued a credit. Bought the same from Amazon. Better condition and price

I love the phone. I really wanted the 5G, but it seems 4G is all I can get in this area where I live? The condition of the phone is above and beyond. It looks brand new (the quality was rated "good"). I did get the protection guarantee just in case.
