So far I’m happy with my purchase. I checked everything I knew to check on a refurbished iPhone, and as far as I can tell it checked out well. The only thing I was concerned with was the sound of the ring (same ring tone as my old iPhone), and the sound quality when talking with someone. Other people did not seem to think it sounded funny, so perhaps it was just me too closely comparing my old one with the new one. I tend to keep things a long time so I was pretty attached to the sound of my old iPhone 6S! There were no scratches or signs of wear at all. So I believe I am very happy with this choice. Has a 91% battery too. Thank you

I loved my new iPhone 14! It was my first time buying anything refurbished so I was nervous- but it looks brand new, and I haven't had a single problem with anything. 10/10 would recommend.

The iPhone was not able to be activated with my T mobile service because the iPhone I received has been reported stolen, therefore now I’ve missed my deadline to sell my current iPhone and so far no one has offered to extend that deadline after this nightmare that was backmarkets fault.

I couldn't be happier than I am with my new iPhone...I know it's not "new" but instead is refurbished but you'd never know it if I hadn't said so. It arrived even faster than I anticipated and its condition was flawless and it operates perfectly. It is exactly as it was advertised: unlocked...perfect condition...no issues. I shuffle between San Diego and Tijuana doing volunteer work and it functions on both sides of the border with no problems. This is the best phone I have ever had...I can't see myself ever needing any other phone. I know that day will come and I've got BackMarket saved as a bookmark for when that day arrives! I'm writing this reviewing long after having gotten the phone and after using it for around 3 months, so I can't speak (from memory) to the speed of the delivery or the customer service, but the phone came in really good condition for what I paid for and worked perfectly almost all the time. The only issue it ever gave me was that, randomly, it wouldn't let me answer in coming calls - it would immediately drop it/hang up before it connected. I could fix it by restarting the phone, so while it was annoying, once I figured out how to fix it I didn't really think about it much and it didn't happen very frequently at all. Sadly, I wouldn't even get the chance to send it in for repair or to see why it was doing that or, anything like that because it was destroyed in an accident.

This is the third photo I've ordered from Back Market. Love them! This phone looks like new and we're enjoying it a lot. At Verizon, I was told that the phone has a "non apple" battery and that "could be a problem in the future," but I'm not too worried about this - will reach out if it becomes an issue.
