Very satisfied with my MacBook Pro Retina. The conditioned was even better than advertised. I received it in a timely manner and packed well. I would recommend Back<Market to anyone.

I ordered a 2013 MacPro with D700 graphics, they sent me one with D300 graphics. The BackMarket algorithm charged me an extra $260 for D700. I of course asked for an exchange, but their counter offer for $150 credit. Assuming I can’t look up the computer specs against prices nailed their coffin, returned for refund. D300 with the specs were going for $1000. They didn’t argue and timeliness was okay, so there is that plus. Would I buy from BackMarket again, yes, with the caveat that only if the product I want is the lowest specs. I no longer have any trust that they will deliver anything above base grade.

I’m so pleased with this purchase, it works great! The only downside is the internal microphone doesn’t work, but other than that it is an excellent bang for your buck. Plus, it arrived sooner than expected which was a nice bonus. Overall, I’m very happy with the product.

The quality of the macbook was surprisingly better than expected. The customer service of making sure we knew the condition of macbook. The tracking was always updated.

The computer looks and works just fine so far, but it came with 2 graphics cards that weren't as good as the 2 that their advertisement said it had, and it didn't come with the older OS that their employee told me it had, which was a major reason why I bought the computer, because I specifically need an older OS for the video/audio editing software I have, otherwise my software won't work and the computer is completely useless to me. I am waiting to see if they fix these issues for me, and if so, I will gladly improve my rating.

Looks brand new minus a few scuffs on the back, what I would expect for a refurbished product. Thx!
