Extremely surprised on how good this phone is. I got this thing at a price that seemed too good to be true for a good condition phone, but this thing really is flawless. There are no scratches anywhere on the device that are noticeable, even when the device is off. It runs perfectly and all the components are genuine. The battery came at 85% health and the cameras focus perfectly. Seller also shipped the device so quickly, it came 2 days earlier than expected, and came well packaged with good accessories.

I placed my order and immediately received notification that the order was being processed with a delivery date. Back Market sent communications updating me on my purchase until I received it which was a day earlier than expected. It came in plain packaging with tool/charger. Absolutely looks and feels like a brand new phone. Works just like a new phone should. I am happy and satisfied with the entire experience. I will be telling everyone about Back Market.

My new ( refurbished) phone came in today. Right out of the box there was a LOT of updates. but that is to be expected and not an issue. I took the time to update everything. phone arrived 90 percent charged which was wonderful and came with a charge cord as well. After all was said and done with set up, I shut the phone down and placed my SIM card ( Cricket) in and turned the phone back on. they up was perfect and quick. phone truly is unlocked. as for how the phone look, perfect condition. looks like it was never even used. I am considering purchasing 3 more in the future for my daughter's, but I want to see how the phone preforms over time first. So far so good.

I love back market. My recent purchase though, I am not happy about. The device keeps having moments when it's making choices for me and won't respond to my touch then other times it's the opposite and acting like touched all kinds of things when I didn't touch anything.

Phone was in excellent cosmetic condition. Only been using the phone for about a week, but so far, so good. Fast to boot and battery life is outstanding. Picture quality is good, not excellent. I wish I knew how big the phone was before I bought it. That is the only drawback thus far. It's like carry a small tablet computer in my pocket.

Came in perfect condition, even with a charger & the sim card too. Only complaint I have is that the street name & apartment number got switched on the shipping label. Otherwise, nothing to complain about.
