I loved the iPhone XR I purchased! It got smashed by a garbage truck and so I’m needing to buy another one but trying to pay down the one that’s smashed first. I am very satisfied with my experience with back market and want to purchase another just like it.

I'm very happy with this phone purchase. In fact I bought a tablet a week later. The phone I ordered was rated "excellent" and the only indication that it wasn't new was some small scratches on the sim/microSD panel. Everywhere else it was pristine. I was a little concerned that on arrival the battery was fully discharged but now that I've had it for over a week battery life is about what I would expect from an almost new phone.

I ordered two for one of the phone was perfect the second phone the mic on the speakerphone didn't work but it was for my daughter's birthday and she told me she could live with it and you know how teenagers are it is what it is

The S20 Ultra I bought was sold in "good" condition, but the only thing that wasn't pristine about this phone was a tiny little ding on the metal housing of the camera. It doesn't affect anything at all, and is covered up by a protector. The battery was empty-empty when I got it, which scared me for just a moment. After leaving it plugged in for five minutes, the screen came on to let me know it was charging. 5/5, Will buy from this seller again!

item held up super well i had it for a year and a half before i went to trade it in for the 12. the phones battery lowkey started to go bad after awhile but that's a simple switch out if you wanted to keep the phone long term besides that i had no other complaints thank you back market :))))

Phone came fast and in appropriate physical condition. Decided to replace as it would no longer take iOS updates but no concerns on the device.

Ordering was easy and product arrived on time. Small scratch in watch but almost unnoticeable. Great experience overall.
