The phone came a day earlier than expected and was in great condition exactly what I paid for also had both factory screen protecter and no scratches I got exactly what I paid for and it came a day earlier so 5/5 for me thanks backmarket I will definitely use again.

I got this phone in"excellent" condition. Absolutely lives up to the name. It looks and performs like it came right out of the box. I put my sim card in, and everything worked perfectly, no issues. The phone is fast, the battery life is superb, shipping was fast, I have zero complaints. 100% 10/10. I'll be using back market for all my phone purchases from now on, and I'm telling all my friends.

Renewed listed as good condition, received in like new condition. No issues in setting up, easy transfer of my data from my older Galaxy phone. Less than half the price of a new phone, excellent deal.

My phone arrived before the date expected and was in great shape. If I had not known it was refurbished I would have assumed it was brand new.

Product came on time exactly as stated it would arrive. The phone is fully functional as I intended it to be. Great quality in like new condition. The only imperfection Ive noticed is a tiny yet long barely noticable scratch on the screen. But its only noticable in certain lighting and at a specific angle. Im very happy with this purchase! The quality is ok,but I was charged $600.00 for a phone that was $459.99, which the seller said they only charged for what the phone was priced. Back Market said the tax was $38.80. I'm still waiting to know what the $100. & something dollars was for?

The Samsung A20 phone purchased in March 2021 is not supported by AT&T and stopped working in March 2022. A longer useful life was expected. The Samsung and Motorola phones did not work with Verizon. The Moto phone is in use and working ok.
