I'm very happy with the purchase. The laptop is in excellent condition with zero signs that would indicate it is a used system. It is as advertised including a touchscreen which wasn't necessarily a highlighted feature.

I'm satisfied with the product with no complaints. I'm even more satisfied with the amount of updates from Backmarket during the shipping process. Best I've seen from any online business. Will definatly use them again.

Overall very pleased as always. I have purchased from BackMarket at least two other times and have not been disappointed. This is the first non-apple product. It had several issues, however the seller was quick to respond and generous in his resolution. And ultimately the computer is working wonderfully.

I've had my new-to-me laptop for about two weeks now and I love it! I did my typical new product test and was able to run 5 videos consecutively without any issues. I can do my basic audio and video edits with ease. The fan does kick on occasionally which can make recording audio a bit tricky, and the camera does a weird thing when I check it in settings where I'm in black and white negative with a strobe effect, only during video conferencing it looks wonderful! After I got everything set up I did notice a weird chip in the casing near the lower left-hand corner; about a half-inch of plastic that had snapped off and was just sort of dangling in there. I used duct tape for now and I might go in and fix it more thoroughly later, but for the most part it's fine. I'm not looking for pretty; just functional, and this more that meets my needs. Oh! And I bought the Dell Pen since it wasn't included, and it's so much fun! I can turn off the touchscreen while in tablet mode and there's no drag from my hand when I sketch. Overall I am very happy with my purchase!

I am so happy with this laptop it’s unreal. I got the deal of a lifetime. The only small issue that I have is the laptop‘s battery is shot but a replacement is only like 60 bucks so I’m good.

Quality of product - as much as it's a nice laptop, there is some visual kind of crust around the outside of the screen. I have yet to try removing it with screen cleaners but I'm hoping they will fix the issue. The other quality complaint I have is that the battery definitely seems to be worn to high hell. The computer is barely charged after a day of being closed and in sleep mode. This makes it less than ideal for the road trips that I mainly bought this for. As for delivery, Fed ex was of course, Fed ex. The driver decided to drop my $600 laptop 4 houses down because she saw a dog in my yard. Everyone in this cul de sac owns 1+ dog. Of course this can only be blamed on fed ex but as always I urge people to use literally anything else. Customer service was good when I reported it missing, I believe it was Greg who went and opened a ticket with fed ex immediately and I feel he would've been very helpful if Fed ex customer support hadn't contacted me first. All in all, it's a little annoying that there are some home fixes I will have to do.

BEWARE!! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!! Read other reviews here. Laptop battery so bloated that the trackpad was sticking out from the body. Battery well below what it should be and totally damaged. Device unsafe. Can't believe they thought it would be acceptable to send device in this condition. Obviously not refurbished. read reviews before purchasing.

Was very surprised to see a laptop with the advertised specs (core i7, 512gb ssd, 16gb ram, and most notably rtx 2070 for gpu) at such a low price of $850. Other laptops with similar specs on Back Market were around double this price. Seemed too good to be true, but decided to order it, as I figured I could always return it within 30 days for a full refund. Laptop wouldn't turn on until I plugged it in. Upon booting up it up, was immediately met with a "fan malfunctioning" message. After signing in, I checked tried checking on the battery; it said no battery was detected. At this point, I already knew I'd be returning it for the refund. But decided to just check on the gpu before shutting down, to see if it really was an rtx 2070. The system couldn't even seem to detect the presence of a gpu. It was delivered right on time, and the appearance matched the described condition (Fair). It's just a shame the product didn't work.

Product was crap out of the box Started to run updates and kept getting a processor error. Plugged it in to charge and it would never boot again. With or without being on the charger. Worst part is you can't talk to a human. Never do business with a company that won't let you speak to a human.
