This was my first experience with Back Market and so far I am pleased with my iPhone 14. I chose the “excellent” version and the phone looks flawless and the battery was 91% & it included a new charger which all exceeded my expectations. I’ve only had the phone for 2 weeks so I hope it continues to work well. I am telling all of my friends about Back Market because I saved hundreds compared to other retailers! It was easy to order on line and track the shipping.

My Google Pixel 6 that I got in excellent condition. I mean I wouldn’t even say excellent condition, I would say brand spanking new. You can’t even tell it’s refurbished. Awesome will be shopping at back market more!

Bought the phone Pixel 7a in fair condition because my budget was limited. Thought the phone would arrive with scratches but was already getting a case. Well, the phone arrived well packaged and scratch-free with a wall charger and cable. And with a year of warranty. Definitely the best deal out there and I have since recommended Back Market to friends and family.

I ordered an unlocked s23 Ultra and got a locked one with at&t, i wouldnt have rated this low if there was a replacement service to not waste either of our times waiting for funds to transfer and me returning the phone. But now i have to return it, wait for refund, and order again for the CORRECT model. If you guys are reading this from the seller that sent this phone to me. Ease please make a replacement service available. It will save everyone time and patience

The phone seems to have some kind of issues I’m assuming with the software? It will sometimes get a ghost hand clicking and even posting pictures. It also sometimes freezes and the main screen will just stop working. Often has issues connecting to my car. I’m not sure exactly what’s going on with it but it kinda sucks as of now. Might take it to an Apple Store for a diagnostics test.

First time buyer. Was kinda skeptical at first tbh. Having the phone in hand definitely alleviated my concerns. Feels like I bought it straight from the Google store.

Definitely not an unlocked phone, but since I was already a member to the network it I didn't send it back. Definitely not cool. Other than that the phone is in good shape and have had it for a couple weeks now and no issues. Hopefully, I don't regret keeping it. Double check the rating on who you are buying from.

Screen is beautiful with not a scratch. The top and bottom edges are scratched af, but a case solves that problem. Something is rattling in the camera area, although the camera works flawlessly. The Note 9, S21 plus, and iPhone12 max in good condition that I ordered here were flawless. This S22 ultra that was listed as good, seems as though it was falsely categorized.
