This was my first experience with Back Market and so far I am pleased with my iPhone 14. I chose the “excellent” version and the phone looks flawless and the battery was 91% & it included a new charger which all exceeded my expectations. I’ve only had the phone for 2 weeks so I hope it continues to work well. I am telling all of my friends about Back Market because I saved hundreds compared to other retailers! It was easy to order on line and track the shipping.

Came in flawless, it’s battery was even almost completely charged too! Wanted to get a bigger iPad for drawing since I had the 11 inch, and the new iPads are just way too much money for what I’m going to do. The M1 is perfect for me

Bought the phone Pixel 7a in fair condition because my budget was limited. Thought the phone would arrive with scratches but was already getting a case. Well, the phone arrived well packaged and scratch-free with a wall charger and cable. And with a year of warranty. Definitely the best deal out there and I have since recommended Back Market to friends and family.

My Google Pixel 6 that I got in excellent condition. I mean I wouldn’t even say excellent condition, I would say brand spanking new. You can’t even tell it’s refurbished. Awesome will be shopping at back market more!

I ordered an unlocked s23 Ultra and got a locked one with at&t, i wouldnt have rated this low if there was a replacement service to not waste either of our times waiting for funds to transfer and me returning the phone. But now i have to return it, wait for refund, and order again for the CORRECT model. If you guys are reading this from the seller that sent this phone to me. Ease please make a replacement service available. It will save everyone time and patience

Battery life not as expected. Cracked first day I got it - may or may not be my fault so there’s probably nothing I can do about it. Just pretty mediocre all around phone and experience. Didn’t ship very quickly either.
