Verified purchaseMy issue is with quality control alone. I received my refurbished phone and began to use it. Within a day or so I noticed the battery life was terrible. I looked at the max battery capacity and it showed to only be 78%. Back market is making it right but their standards of 80% max battery life being ok for a refurbished phone seems like a very low bar to me.

Finally learned it has a corrupt firmware file, so it can not update to a recent version and more issues. Tried working with the sellers but didn't get anywhere. They recommended I work with Apple on it. But it's a hardware issue and I don't have more hours to wait on hold with Apple. Very disappointed.

I have sent a note to the refurbisher as directed. the phone "rocks" in my hands when I press the bottom command button.... I have to press some of the directive buttons very hard or more than once to get them to wake up and move.... This phone is a sleepy phone... this morning I pressed and pressed on a text button and it never did wake up....
