My issue is with quality control alone. I received my refurbished phone and began to use it. Within a day or so I noticed the battery life was terrible. I looked at the max battery capacity and it showed to only be 78%. Back market is making it right but their standards of 80% max battery life being ok for a refurbished phone seems like a very low bar to me.

Hello Back Market, I would like to get in a conversation with Back Market customer service about my purchasing experience over the last three devices. How do I converse regarding an issue that spans three different sellers? I don't need help with the specific phone that I have, I need help with the buying process, irregardless of the seller. Up to this point my conversation has been isolated to the seller and addressing the device issue and return, however, I need to discuss unresolved issues from the purchase of a device Order no. 3608519 which occurred in Nov 2022 and I have since made transactions for two additional devices from different sellers and had issues with each device and had to return. The first phone I purchased was in good condition. Because of the camera issue the next two phones purchase were supposed to be in excellent technical and physical condition. The actual phone and purchase was okay. The camera had an issue that I was returning for repair. That is when this ordeal started. I was given a credit to purchase another phone because it was said that the phone I returned was damaged in shipping. That was also not the problem. I ordered another phone, the phone worked for four days and then was unusable. Then I asked for a refund, but since this was a different seller, they could only give me a discount code, not a credit. Not a fan of that answer, but I also am not dealing with Back Market directly, so I don't want to give the seller a hard time. Finally got a discount code after several failed attempts and was able to purchase another phone. When the phone arrived, the battery was dead and the phone would not charge. I returned the phone and again waiting for a refund. This process of buying a new phone has taken close to five months, untold amount of hours and frustration. I still don't have a phone to use, and my current phone is unusable. So that is why this experience has been so bad and rated as such. I would like a full refund from the original purchase as I have lost confidence that Back Market Sellers can provide a functioning phone. Who can address this issue requesting a return from Back Market, not the individual sellers? Paul

I have spent all day and hours last night working on trying to get this phone to work. Finally learned it has a corrupt firmware file, so it can not update to a recent version and more issues. Tried working with the sellers but didn't get anywhere. They recommended I work with Apple on it. But it's a hardware issue and I don't have more hours to wait on hold with Apple. Very disappointed.
