I would like to get in a conversation with Back Market customer service about my purchasing experience over the last three devices. How do I converse regarding an issue that spans three different sellers? I don't need help with the specific phone that I have, I need help with the buying process, irregardless of the seller.
Up to this point my conversation has been isolated to the seller and addressing the device issue and return, however, I need to discuss unresolved issues from the purchase of a device Order no. 3608519 which occurred in Nov 2022 and I have since made transactions for two additional devices from different sellers and had issues with each device and had to return. The first phone I purchased was in good condition. Because of the camera issue the next two phones purchase were supposed to be in excellent technical and physical condition.
The actual phone and purchase was okay. The camera had an issue that I was returning for repair. That is when this ordeal started. I was given a credit to purchase another phone because it was said that the phone I returned was damaged in shipping. That was also not the problem. I ordered another phone, the pho ...
