I ordered a Google Pixel 7 Pro 256GB - White - Unlocked in Excellent grade. The phone arrived packaged pretty well. I will say from what I can observe the phone is indeed in excellent condition. Only some very minimal scratches on the camera bar. The screen is nearly mint. I don't know how healthy the battery is, and will continue to monitor it's health and behavior with Accubattery but initial behavior seems good.

I am happy with my purchase of my refurbished phone. The whole process was very easy (just don't forget to mail in your trade-in) and I received the phone in 3 days via FedEx. This is the first time owning a pre-owned phone and so far things are going well. It is nice having a phone that has a battery that holds a charge well. I have since purchased a case and screen protector for it. My husband ordered an iPad for work as well after my positive experience with Back Market.

Great Deal! I never thought about buying used-but this isn't the same as used. The phone was completely refurbished and even came with a screen protector. I'm more than happy with the deal. They offered less than I expected for my trade but it's better than sticking it in the drawer with the rest of my old phone

everything seems great so far, I really like the phone. unfortunately the cord is was given was bunk so I had to get a new one i figured it was less hassle than waiting for a replacement, if that's a thing. everything else seems perfect so fat with the phone itself though! clean, like nee.

I was initially delighted with the Pixel 8, but after a couple of days it developed a very weird intermittent problem with the display. I don't blame BackMarket for this because it would have been very difficult to detect during even the most rigorous screening process. Other than the fact that the help system is all-chat based with no option for a phone call, their helpline was very good. After a couple of reasonable attempts to resolve the problem, the person handling my case was very helpful in assisting me with arrangements to return the phone. My only quibble is that the company makes no provision for you to keep the phone you are returning long enough to use to set up the unit you are exchanging it for. So 4.5 stars out of 5 for BackMarket.

The phone arrived on time; I didn’t have to wait long to receive it. It came with some slight scratches on the back and sides — they’re not very noticeable, but they do make you think a bit since I had selected the “premium” condition. Other than that, everything was excellent. Great phone, I would definitely buy from Back Market again.

The Google Pixel 7 that I bought arrived quickly and was in almost new condition. The battery cycle count was at 27 and lasts a long time. Very happy with my purchase. In fact, I ordered a Pixel 6 for my wife. Hopefully it's in as good of shape as this one when it comes in. The only thing it came with was the charging cord, but it was brand new.

I ordered an unlocked Google Pixel 7. My order arrived within the expected time frame, and I was very satisfied with how the phone was packaged. It arrived safely in a bubble wrap-lined pouch inside a cardboard box. I chose the "excellent" condition option, and I'm very happy to say that my Pixel 7 meets that description entirely. I couldn't find a scratch or dent anywhere on it. It looks and runs like a completely new phone! I've been using it for over a week now, and I don't have a single complaint. The battery life is worlds better than with my previous Pixel 3XL, and the Pixel OS is great as ever. I haven't had a chance to really try out the camera yet, but from the few pictures I've snapped it seems great. The phone was unlocked as described, and transferring the sim card from my old phone took all of 30 seconds. This is my first Back Market purchase, and I will definitely consider them now for all my electronic needs.
