The quality of the product was like new-even though it was described as fair. No special shipping requested and it still arrived to Florida from Nevada in 2 days. I chose this site as soon as I read the customer reviews. I would surely use them again. -

Quality of the Nexus 7 I purchased was great. I don't mind small dents & dings etc. As long as it's functional...and it was and still is. It's a bit slow but that's understandable considering it's from 2012.

These are legit. Order says white but mine were black which was a better color for me. I ordered 3 prs all sound and work as they should. Shipping was ridiculously fast came in a few days! These do not disappoint for the cost! I ill be ordering more!!

The phone works great and couldn't have known it was refurbished if I hadn't purchased it myself. The only thing I can say is older iphones lose battery really fast if you leave apps running but that's normal. So yeah, buy one its worth it for the price and quality.

Just helped my mom get this phone set up thru Verizon...the phone itself appears to be in very good condition, as advertised, and is working great. The user interface is a slight adjustment for my mom (compared to her LG 3G flip-phone), but she's fairly proficient with Android tablets, so I'm optimistic she'll figure it out. Her biggest concern is all the extra functionality & options. Only complaints were the bubblewrap/gift-wrap packaging, no instructions included, and the USB Type A-to-micro USB cable that was included was bad (the micro USB connector has too much mechanical slop, and doesn't make connection to charge the battery), and no wall adapter included. I was able to search & find the 138-page user manual online, And she already had a good cable and wall adapter block, so we were able to charge the phone. Mostly happy that we're not paying Verizon's asking price for this flip phone model.

It’s my first time using Back Market for any purchase. I’m happy with the refurbished iPad 4 received quickly. I wish they would have included a charging block. Only the cable was included. I’m satisfied.

The device is excellent. I was unable to get my personal iPhone 5S to update. I was advised that it was too old. Whatever was done in the preparation and refurbishing enabled the update. GREAT device!

Considering that 'very good' means no cracks or scratches then it was a good deal. That said this iPad came FILTHY from this seller. The screen and body were greasy or coated with something. It took several attempts with screen cleaners to get it off. The cord they sent with it was even sticky with some kind of red splotches on it. It works as expected and was of course bought used but this is the first time out of 4 that I haven't gotten something better-than-expected from a Back Market seller.

I ordered this iPad for my mom and she is so happy with it! It looked as though it was brand new. We have had no issues at all and we would recommend back market to anyone. I love that these refurbished devices are kept out of the landfill.
