I wasn’t sure what to think as this was the first time I’ve used back market. I’m very careful with my electronics and take good care of them so I have a high standard. I was very impressed with this phone. Screen and battery are original and the phone was in great shape. No dents, scratches, or dings on the phone at. There was one small hairline scratch on the screen but I was looking at it on its side with a flashlight. I would 100% trust Backmarket again for a phone purchase. Phone was unlocked as promised as well. I’ve yet to register it with my carrier yet but I doubt I will have issues.

I have had my refurbished iPhone 13 for ten days. The phone is easy to use and thus far I am quite satisfied.

We brought this Ipad for our daughter for Christmas 2024 & added E Sim .She absolutely loves it ., & Instead of using a different number after us adding the E sim..she downloaded all her things from Icloud & using her number from her phone🤦‍♀️ I know!!! But the Ipad is definitely a Great 1 !!! No complaints..Great Job Back Market

I’ve had the phone for about a couple of weeks, so far it’s been working just great. I opted for the premium grade and am content that it has the original battery with 91% life left, and only one small ding on the corner of the phone. It otherwise seems to be in perfect condition. I was worried that there would be a problem with the phone buying something used, but so far it has been just as expected.

Shipped super quick love everything about it! I always get super nervous buying from places I never have especially online but I have no complaints! Phone was like brand new I got it in red and I’m in love with it! I bought 3 other phones from here also all perfect like new condition no problems with any of them! Definitely will be buying more

On original inspection I thought it had scratches and pitting, but a thorough cleaning, and it appears they were mostly grime. I was a bit surprised that the refurbishing/renewal process didn't include a good cleaning. As this was a present, I was very happy with the condition it ended up being in. The battery status indicated that the battery had been charged a total of 5 times. I don't know if that reverts back to zero when the drive is wiped or that there is a way to reset that odometer, but I'm hoping that it indicates that the battery was replaced. The one thing that remains in question is "was the keyboard replaced". Apple had A LOT of issues with their Butterfly Keyboards from 2015 to 2018, and offered a free replacement, if the computer was brought in. There is no way, to my knowledge, to know if this MacBook received one of those replacements. I tested all the keys for sticking, and everything seems to be okay so far, but I would have liked that piece of mind. Knock on wood.

SO HAPPY. i bought a fair iPhone 12.. i expected a lot of scratches and low battery health since i chose fair. NOT AT ALL. the phone was literally so smooth, battery health was at 100% there was one small scratch on the screen but its basically nothing.

This is the third phone I have purchased over the years from Backmarket, and I have grown to trust them to provide a great product at a reasonable price

The phone is perfect and doing everything an iPhone should do. The price was a lot less than a brand new phone, but seeing they come out with new ones every year, I think I am fine! Thank you
