    I like the speed and performance of this laptop, however I think during the refurbishing process, in the BIOS settings, the USB port connection was left disabled, it took me a little while to figure it out.

    I really like it. It is performing well in the workplace environment. Note: this model doesn’t come with a NIC. I found this out the hard way. An external network adapter solved the problem. Turns out machines made for a business environment are usually hard wired to the router.

    I am new user to Chromebook, however everything is working well. The device arrived timely and in great shape. The device has been easy to setup to work with my Pixel, Drive, and applications.     It's working OK. Looks a little rough and the rebuilder stripped the screw hole in the top front of the cover so that side feels lose without a screw to secure it. I tried a screw from my old 3020 but it was too small. I don't move it around so it should be OK.

    When I ordered a phone in excellent condition a while back, it looked brand new and I was very happy with it. So when I ordered this Dell latitude in excellent condition, I was expecting the same. But the laptop came scratched, and scuffed up. It works well, but it doesn't look like a new laptop at all.
