Received my refurbished iPad Pro 12.9” in flawless condition. It works as expected..The process to copy apps and data from existing iPad 32gb to the new one took a little bit of time. It was necessary to erase everything on the new machine back to the Hello screen. Ordering from Backmarket was very seamless. I received the device well packed with new Apple USBC charger and cable. The item was received within 4 business days after ordering. Trackable on FedEx. Have not tested camera or battery life as yet so not reviewing those aspects I’m sure they are acceptable

My new phone has been a really good upgrade thus far. It’s in perfect condition and everything seems to work good. The battery seems to drain a little faster than what Apple said about the phone, but, it hasn’t been a big deal to me. This is probably the 5th phone I’ve purchased from Back Market the past several years and we’ve never had issues with any refurbished phone, so for us, there’s no need to overspend for the latest/greatest phone. And with the ability to trade-in your old phone, Back Market couldn’t have made it any easier to buy a phone.

Cosmetic damage is definitely part of the deal when buying refurbished - but for the top quality option, I expect little to zero damage, and my laptop arrived very noticeably dinged up. It’s still performs well, but id probably not recommend paying the extra for a top-tier item when it seems to be the same quality as less expensive options.

My phone came in great condition and has been working with no issues. Great value for refurbished devices and I was able to trade-in my last iPhone purchased from Back Market to make the price even lower!

The refurbished iPhone 13 was shipped promptly and exactly what we expected. No issues with process or phone. Will shop here again.

Looks and general operation wise, perfect. The only negative would be the battery capacity. I have previously purchased another Iphone 12 from Back Market, and an Apple watch, both of which work perfectly and have almost 100% capacity, eg, close to new. This phone came with a battery with 83% capacity, which is a bit lower than I would have expected. Other than that, all is good! Easy to upgrade from my old phone.

I had a deal on my Premium Silver iPhone 14 Pro 256gb model as it was the same price as the Premium Deep Purple iPhone 14 Pro 128gb. I was sceptical but I pulled the trigger and did not regret it! My iPhone came with the original Apple battery, 100% battery life, miniscule signs of use, and a screen protector! I would recommend Back Market to anyone trying to save a couple hundred bucks on a new iPhone.

Im very pleased with my iPhone xr its the third one since my car accident on my last birthday in wich my iPhone was destroyed bought 2 since then and was taken for money because they both needed new batteries but back market was straight up awesome with what they sent me thank you im very pleased with my iPhone sincerely s.Anderson

First time purchased in backmarket. Got iphone 14 plus, it looked like new, without the price of new device. The whole purchase experience was better than other ecommerce sites. I will use backmarket for my future electronic needs.
