I will be honest with my opinion. I was expecting this iPad with some fear because for that price I did not think it was real. But thank God, the iPad arrived quickly. I must say that I reviewed it more than 4 times both on the outside and its software and I did not find any flaws, nor a scrape, it is perfect, thank you very much, I recommend you 100%, I will buy with you again.

Received my refurbished iPad Pro 12.9” in flawless condition. It works as expected..The process to copy apps and data from existing iPad 32gb to the new one took a little bit of time. It was necessary to erase everything on the new machine back to the Hello screen. Ordering from Backmarket was very seamless. I received the device well packed with new Apple USBC charger and cable. The item was received within 4 business days after ordering. Trackable on FedEx. Have not tested camera or battery life as yet so not reviewing those aspects I’m sure they are acceptable

I bought the iPhone 15 Pro Max from Back Market and I have had it for almost a month now and there have been no problems! There are no scratches on the front glass. The cameras work excellent there are no scratches on the back. They use genuine refurbished parts. All of my parts are from Apple nowhere does it say in my settings that there is an unfamiliar or unrecognized part. The only thing I would have to mention is when I charge my phone. It seems to get really warm. I don’t know if that is a product thing or a refurbished thing. I did some research and it does say that the iPhone 15 Pro Max did get pretty warm when charging. Other than that, the phone works excellent. I am satisfied.

I've had this S25 for about 2 weeks now and so far I'm very happy. Can't even tell it's refurbished, might as well be a brand new phone with a hefty discount as far as I'm concerned. No screen issues, battery life is better than my Motorola that had 800 more mAH, and no signs of previous use that I noticed. I'm not aware of who the vendor is or I would give them kudos as well. I went for the premium level hoping to get the best chance at having a reliable device with quality OEM parts, because I've been burned in the past by other refurbished devices being reported as stolen or having poor quality replacement parts. I don't know how the lower tier options would compare, but this phone has lived up to my expectations and hopes. The only accessories the device came with are a USB-C to USB-C cable to transfer files and a SIM tray key. I wasn't really concerned as I have more than enough, but it's worth noting for anybody that wasn't aware. shipping was super quick, chose the lowest option and I had it within the same week.
