    Hi! I received my order on time and very quickly. I just wanted to say that once again Back Market has outdone itself! This is the third phone I have purchased from Back Market and it is in immaculate condition (you can not tell it is not new) with a 95% battery! The refurbisher,Prime Mobile 1, was right on spot! They did a great job, I could not be more pleased with the condition and the price. In all, from various refurbishers on Back Market, I have bought three Apple phones and two Apple MacBook pro laptops and could not be happier with all my purchases. I am very, very happy with the purchase, and continue to be a devout Back Market customer! Thanks.

    Third times the charm! I ordered 2 iPhone 12 Pro phones and more did not meet the specifications of excellent so had to return them. Customer service was so nice that they sent me a promo code for all the trouble and so I bought an iPhone 13 in excellent condition and it is PERFECT!! It looks like a brand new phone. I’m in love thank you!

    I was a little sketched out since I tried purchasing a phone a while back and my bank declined and locked my card. After I verified it was me wanting to make the purchase I tried again and still I was a little skeptical, but bought a phone anyway. I received it in perfect condition in my eye and had 90% battery life! My friend is going to get a phone from here too after seeing it was legit.

    Wonderful seller! I ordered the excellent condition and got literally a brand new phone pretty much. The only thing that is not the same as a new z flip is the factory installed screen protector has been removed. They sent me a charging block and charger and packaged the phone very well. Will be purchasing from Back Market again

    My husband and I ordered iphone 12s and are very happy with them. They were in excellent condition. The only thing that was missing for the charging brick that went with my phone. I got the charging cord but no brick.
