I have to say I was thoroughly impressed after receiving a recommendation for this website, and after placing my order. First and foremost, the devices are unusually inexpensive (obviously a plus); but given options of memory and color on a site exclusively selling refurbished phones was incredible. Secondly, my order was received and I was given a 5 day delivery time. No issues there. But my device came on the 3rd day and I was thoroughly pleased with the service provided. I will certainly continue to recommended this site. Good work

This is my 3rd refurbished phone that I have purchased from Back Market. Just like the other 2 purchases, I am loving this one. The only thing I don't like, and it has nothing to do with Back Market, is the fact they moved the volume keys to the same side as the power button. Makes it harder to do screen shots.

Solid refurbish job, phone has lasted, and worked for me well. Unfortunately dropped it recently without a case. Still operates great, a couple small cracks and its just time to get a new one. Had it without issues for more than two years now.

Great cost to value ratio compared to Amazon and eBay refurbished models, from what I was finding. My phone arrived in good time and great quality outside of some extremely minor scuffs, which are hidden by my case and was expected since I opted for fair condition. I didn't have any issues transferring data over from my old Galaxy s8. This was the least painful phone transfer I've ever had! After a couple weeks with the new phone I am very very pleased with my purchase!

after attempts with both Walmart, and Amazon, both of which I had to send the device back due to it not connecting to my network, (VERIZON) I took a chance with Black Market. I really wanted a Galaxy S20 5G,and unlocked. I had NO PROBLEMS AT ALL with Black Market. The phone arrived much quicker than I had expected, and transferred all my data flawlessly,AND easily connected to my network first try. I would highly recommend Black Market to any, and all. I was a little hesitant to purchase a refurbished phone, especially from a website I had never heard of. I bought a Samsung galaxy S10E for a great price. When I received the phone a few days after ordering it, I was amazed at the condition of the phone. I was expecting a few scratches here and there, but the phone looked brand new all around. I'm not sure if they replaced the battery, but I get 2 days on a charge. I will definitely buy another phone from back market, no hesitation.

I received the phone earlier than expected. Popped in the Sim card, transferred over my information and I was in business. However, the charger I received, did not work for this phone. In any event, I'm so happy I did not have to pay over 1k and I'm just as satisfied! YAY!! I will admit I was hesitant to the idea of purchasing a refurbished phone. I am now a believer! My son just said my phone is being weird...guess where his "new" phone is coming from lol!!
