    Showed up in perfect condition. Specs were accurate to advertised. Now time for my kids refurbished system.

    The description did not match the title (2TB vs 1TB). The laptop was also not in "excellent" condition. There is a sticker covering the majority of the outside face of the screen. I have not attempted to remove it for fear of what I might find. If I didn't need the laptop for work I would consider sending it back.

    Bad customer service. Did not ship out in timely manner and when asked for a refund for the overnight shipping I was eventually just blown off. This was my first experience with Backmarket personally, and I’m not sure I will use again
