I recently purchased a laptop from Back Market, and the experience has left me utterly speechless. This laptop is so slow that it makes a sloth look like an Olympic sprinter. I've had to endure a Herculean effort to complete the simplest tasks. It's become a daily struggle, and sending it back for repairs is even more daunting. The labyrinthine process of dealing with their customer service is enough to make anyone lose their sanity. I'm seriously questioning whether I'll ever buy from Back Market again. This laptop is a snail in the world of technology, dragging down my productivity and patience with it. I will not go through the one-hundred steps to send it for repairs or replacement.This will go on yelp and Google reviews.

Showed up in perfect condition. Specs were accurate to advertised. Now time for my kids refurbished system.

Terrible battery even thought I bought the excellent condition (and paid more money). The laptop shuts down randomly and seems to have been exposed to water in the past and has not been fully fixed. The trackpad only works 25% of the time. And touchscreen is finicky.

Excellent product! Barely had any visible scratches (the ones it has are all on the kick panel, expected wear and tear). Prompt and fast shipping as well. Received day early than originally estimated.

The description did not match the title (2TB vs 1TB). The laptop was also not in "excellent" condition. There is a sticker covering the majority of the outside face of the screen. I have not attempted to remove it for fear of what I might find. If I didn't need the laptop for work I would consider sending it back.

I am pleased with the computer. It is cosmetically better than described (bonus :--) Tech specs are as described. Arrived quickly - before estimated date. Seller and back market kept me updated on the progress. Initially I was uncertain about buying a used laptop. I needed an inexpensive laptop for a low use situation and did not want to pay big money for a new laptop. I found this laptop on back market which met my specs at the price I was willing to pay. Back Market and seller made the buy process easy and confidence building. Now that i have what I need and am happy with the purchase. Since my experience has been so positive I am looking to buy a cellphone through them. I definitely recommend buying used devices through Back Market. My experience has been very satisfactory. I think your experience will be like mine- a good buy at a good price with no hassles in the purchase.

Seller sent me the wrong charger for this laptop. After over a week of communicating with the seller and going through circles to find back markets customer service info I received an offer that wasn’t even enough to cover purchasing a refurbished charger myself through back market. This has been such a head ache throughout which time I haven’t even been able to use the laptop I bought and needed for immediate use d/t being laid off. Totally unacceptable!

MacBook was great but they forgot to give me the correct charger for it. And I had to pay at least 90 dollars to get another one. The correct charger should always be concluded. Other than than great device.

From the ease of ordering, quick delivery, and my surface in excellent condition, I will definitely look here first for any future tech purchases. Thank you
