The only problem I ran into is the lack of WiFi drivers on the version of Windows that was pre-installed. I was able to plug directly into my router to solve the issue, but it could have definitely been a show-stopper for others. Otherwise I love it, and it's been great!

The laptop is great - no complaints there. But it came with an a large sticker on the lid listing it's technical specs. It was difficult to remove and left a glue residue. If you must have these stickers to accurately track your inventory, please use stickers with a less aggressive adhesive.

beware to upgrade to windows 11 even 10 is a struggle it took apple support and bypass software but I was finally able to upgrade to 10 then used a bypass software to eventually get 11 to pass the 2.0security chip, great pc after all said an done, runs like its factory, the biggest struggle was getting the Mac OS to update to Catilina which we and a manager from apple downloaded the latest software from some private apple site and then used usb to hotspot to connect Wi-Fi because the outdated drivers and etc wouldn’t let me connect to internet, then are problem was having to update the os through the iTunes which the apple site fixed and also later update catilina fixed overall it’s a great price for very capable machine upgrade it to 16g of ram ddr3 and swap the 500 for 1-tb ssd swap the intel Hd4000 for a UHD Intel integrated graphics and it’s a powerhouse

Very happy with the order process and timeliness of the arrival. The condition (fair) was actually fine. The only problem is that occasionally one of the keys needs to be tapped twice before working. Overall, I am happy with the purchase.

its a good computer. its definitely not the one in the pic, similar, but if you look up the info you'll see what it looks like. it updated to windows 10, but is super slow on steam. obv though since its an old computer. overall its nice and id say its worth it for just regular computer usage and YouTube lol. and it also came brand new pretty much :)

Everything is great except the 1 charge port only works if I hold pressure on the cord. Thankfully it has 2 charge ports so it is still quite usable!

The computer works fine. I was disappointed in its condition when I received it. It was pretty dirty and it took a while to clean it before using it. This is the first product that I've ever received from Back Market that was this dirty.

Value for money. Will not come with power cord. You may see internet connectivity issue. Download the Sierra installer through google search and upgrade to sierra. If you like keep updating the os till Mojave.

For the price I expected some wear and tear, there was some, none that effects performance. I had to upgrade and update to the newest MacOS. Shipping was quick over the holidays with FedEx. The only downsides were the item didn’t come with a power cable so I had to buy one, and it had not been updated for a long time which took some time to figure out and remedy the situation. Ultimately for the purchase, everything was as expected and fair as far as pricing/shipping/condition. Happy customer, would shop here again. Thank you.
