The only problem I ran into is the lack of WiFi drivers on the version of Windows that was pre-installed. I was able to plug directly into my router to solve the issue, but it could have definitely been a show-stopper for others. Otherwise I love it, and it's been great!

The fan ran almost constantly and you could hear it in the other room. I contacted your customer support and they gave me a long list of things I could do to fix it, including cleaning the fan. I sent it back. That should have been done before it was sent to me. Update - the packaging and shipping was great, but I skipped it because you used that to calculate overall rating, as though it should be equally ranked. Doesn't matter how good the shipping is if the machine is deficient to begin with.
