This was a gift for my wife and she has been very happy with it. It was a challenge learning how to get the phone to unmute by using obscure master-volume buttons on the side of the phone, and also getting the blue tooth to work with a Windows computer by using the receive file function on the computer. As we better learn to operate it, we dervive greater satisfaction from its functionality. It is a well made product that is well worth the learning curve effort.

Works great. And definitely an upgrade from my XR model. The phone looked almost flawless. This is now my 3rd time using backmarket and I can say they are legit with saving on $$ and helping the planet. Thanks guys!

In all honestly I felt that for the price, I received a phone with more scratches than I thought I would’ve gotten for an “excellent” condition. I think the person who owned it rarely put a case on it because the issues were mainly around the phones edges and charging port. Which were very noticeable, the screen as well came with scratches on the top right screen corner so perhaps no screen protector used either. To my advantage with a phone case on you can’t notice the all around scratches but as said in the beginning for the price I expected a bit more new. Otherwise the way they handle and how the website it set up makes an easy transaction for your next phone :)

I bought an iPhone 12 in excellent condition. Saved me over 50% of new. Setup was very easy and phone works perfect. Would definitely recommend Back Market for your devices.
