Well, it got here a day early, packed perfectly, looks great, works great. I love it! Guess I’ll have to find something else to complain about :-/

Everything is working on the keyboard and connected super fast to my iPad. The aesthetic of the keyboard was a 8 out of 10, only because it was dirty. The only thing that i did not like was the way it was packaged. The keyboard came wrap in bubble wrap instead of being inside a box. It could have come damaged but thankfully everything is working.

It's not compatible with my PC but it works on my friend’s laptop. I meant to have to get another one that works with my Lenovo Computer.

Tried to go to help center, but there's nothing there that accurately describes my situation. I received my item. It worked for about a week. Then it no longer powered on or connected to any computers. (I tried 3 computers). Here's what I think happened. I think maybe this item was refurbished because it originally had a broken octopus cable? And then the refurbisher replaced it with an after-market one. And now that one is broken. Anyway, I'm very sad that this monitor was a dud, and cost me several hundred dollars. Not sure what to do. I left it at my cabin, which is why I bought it - to have a larger external monitor at my cabin for when I work there.

They sent the wrong laptop plus no charger. Wasted my time waiting for it. The laptop is not fully reset and it’s asking for a password

This connected easily however it disconnects as I’m tired of being and it also starts giving me like separate characters. It’s very frustrating to type and be stopping with a train of thought.
