It came beautifully packaged with a SIM card tool and a screen protector enclosed. Buying online was easy, and I was kept up to date on the status of my purchase with a series of witty emails that made me smile. I even shared a few of the status updates with my husband who is CIO of an international company as an example of how all companies should communicate with their customers. Although it took a little longer to get the phone than if I had ordered directly from Apple, I was kept fully informed of where it was at all times. I honestly love it, the best phone I've ever had. There were only minor things that I wish were different. I had bought it in white, and it came in black. The facial recognition does not work either and the back camera does not do portrait mode at all. I have had it for over a year now and whenever you zoom in, the camera is shaky. Aside from that, everything works perfectly fine. I do love the phone in spite of its issues, battery health is still at a 100% now.

I have used the phone now for over a week and it works great. the appearance of the "Excellent" condition selection is actually nice. The entire process was seamless and fast. Certainly rivals Amazon Prime based on my experience.
