I can't tell if the phone was even used/refurbished. I purchased this to replace my existing Galaxy S10e, and there was still the original plastic film on the front screen that comes from the factory. I remember leaving it on my first phone before it started to wear out and needing to be replaced (went w/ tempered glass after). It literally looks brand new. Does boot up with the Verizon start-up animations, but is fully unlocked as advertised. Very pleased with this purchase!

I don't need the latest iphone but I wanted to ease my way back into the iphone family. My refurbished iphone 6 does the trick. I just love the functionality of iphone's. I love how smoothly the apps run. I am so happy. Thanks backmarket.

The both are PERFECT!! I have never brought refurbished anything so I was very skeptical but when they arrived they were perfect! The vendor forgot to put chargers in box but quickly resolved it and sent them out, I would definitely use back market and that same vendor again. I have referred family and friends too! Excellent phone. In my mind, better than the latest because it's smaller in size, had a great camera and Samsung Pay still works with MST (old style non-tap-n-pay machines). Lots of wins in my book. Plus the refurb quality was top notch - like new!

I'm a repeat customer. This phone was sold to me as 'fair'. Was perfect. I could not find any signs of use at all. Restored from an iTunes backup in about 15 minutes, exchanged sim card from broken phone and that was it. Works perfectly.

Gave it to a senior citizen as a replacement for her lousy Verizon-provided phone. She is very happy and able to interact with the world again. No scratches, dings, blemishes. Battery is holding up fine. Arrived on time with no problems.

Samsung S20 T-Mobile updates, the phone did not let me complete updates , so, i had to have the T-Mobile SIM in the phone to complete the updates, S20 from another vender did all updates without the SIM, this S20 after updates phone work grate
