I can't tell if the phone was even used/refurbished. I purchased this to replace my existing Galaxy S10e, and there was still the original plastic film on the front screen that comes from the factory. I remember leaving it on my first phone before it started to wear out and needing to be replaced (went w/ tempered glass after). It literally looks brand new. Does boot up with the Verizon start-up animations, but is fully unlocked as advertised. Very pleased with this purchase!

I don't need the latest iphone but I wanted to ease my way back into the iphone family. My refurbished iphone 6 does the trick. I just love the functionality of iphone's. I love how smoothly the apps run. I am so happy. Thanks backmarket.

Great site. We purchased a fair quality phone but received a phone with a perfect screen and only very minor scratches on the back. Communication was great. Highly recommend this site for a refurbished phone.

The both are PERFECT!! I have never brought refurbished anything so I was very skeptical but when they arrived they were perfect! The vendor forgot to put chargers in box but quickly resolved it and sent them out, I would definitely use back market and that same vendor again. I have referred family and friends too! Thanks so much!!

Dear Back Market, I have been 2 weeks trying to get my Sonim to work. Finally got through to PureTalkUSA today only to have them tell me that this phone is not compatible with their service. So, unfortunately, I will be returning it. So sorry, because I love the look and feel. It is sturdy, easy to handle and quite attractive. I love the idea that I don't have to handle it with kid gloves. But alas, I can not use it! Thank you Rarinsharon

Excellent phone. In my mind, better than the latest because it's smaller in size, had a great camera and Samsung Pay still works with MST (old style non-tap-n-pay machines). Lots of wins in my book. Plus the refurb quality was top notch - like new!
