My phone arrived on time and in good condition. Now I am buying another for my husband. This is the fourth item bought from Back Market and we have loved them all. We will buy all of our electronics (if they carry them) from Back Market.

The phone quality is amazing and seems as good as brand new. I'm alerted for system updates more often than is necessary but going through back market was an easy, pleasant experience.

I am very satisfied with the phone! 🤩 It arrived in excellent quality, with no scratches, and the battery lasts for approximately a day.

This phone looked like new and does everything I want it to. I am still getting use to it but I think this phone will work out and be fine.

Quality products at reasonable prices

I didn't receive this package. an empty envelope was left empty at my door step. My camera recorded everything which I reported to Black Market. Til now, I kept receiving unprofessional responses and seems they are not willing to reimburse my money. I tried buying on this platform because friends advice me, but now I think this is just a waste of time and effort and my friends just learned their lesson as well. I rather just stick with Amazon and Walmart. Really unprofessional at handling customers. this is my last time stopping by here buying something. For anyone seeing this, if ever you order something from them and you happened not to receive it, be sure they will make you go through heavens of disappointing demands without keeping their words on a factual resolution of the issue. Hope this serves as lesson to others
