    Love it. I bought it for my mother. She was very happy with the phone. The phone is larger than her old iPhone 12, the screen is clearer, and the audio is better. This is perfect for anyone who is not concerned with the latest and greatest. After I finish paying off this phone, I will order an Apple Watch. I love the idea of purchasing a refurbished phone.     Really happy with my purchase overall. The phone arrived in great condition — exactly as described, with no unexpected scratches or issues. For the price, the value is hard to beat compared to buying new. The only reason I’m holding back the fifth star is that there’s always a slight uncertainty buying refurbished, but so far this has been a smooth, worthwhile experience.     Had to buy newer phone as hearing software stopped working on old iPhone 6. Verizon moved”my stuff” to the 13mini nicely. Battery in superb condition as is appearance. Best, hearing software started on its own after simple pairing I can hear!

    Purchased this small iphone to use strictly as a music player - no cell sevice, no internet. When my last ipod nano finally died I looked for a replacement...and there was none. Ipods can't be refurbished very effectively and new knock-offs are very expensive and get poor reviews. This little 12 mini is perfect. It arrived in flawless physical condition, charged to 100%, synced with Itunes and then with my home and car stereos with no issues and,at 64gb, has more storage than I will ever need. Great deal for $174. Very happy with the purchase.

    No screen cracks, no scratches or dents. Battery doesn’t last as long (barely get one fully day and I’m not a heavy phone user) but my husband says this has to do more with the phone size being smaller than it being a resale.

    The device operates as expected. My only gripe is there are about 2 scratches on the screen that are larger than I would’ve anticipated (I did only buy excellent condition, not like new). That being said, the battery span, cameras, and all other parts of the phone are in exceptional condition for the quality ordered. Highly recommend this reseller.
