The earbuds were exactly what I wanted. The delivery was quick. The cost was more than reasonable. I have shared Back Market with my entire staff as a new source of tech items. Thank you for what you do for your customers and for the Earth.

the package itself was a little banged up when i got it but the headphones were undamaged. the manual made it easy to set up and connect and the sound quality is amazing. the only thing i wish was different is that they would go louder

This FitBit has been above and beyond what we expected. 3 days on one recharge. That is great. Very happy.

I found this website because I was missing an earbud for my KK dune Beats Pro. I couldn’t find my case so I probably tossed it, I decided to order the lighter color “moon” labeled as pink on the website. Unfortunately, I was sent the wrong color. I was sent the Dune color. I paid over $200 for the refurbished pink/moon color because they are so hard to find. For this price I could’ve bought the dune color brand new. Regardless, I’m not requesting a refund or returning them. It’s too much of a hassle. I wish customer service would’ve contacted me before making the decision to send what they had in stock. I don’t foresee using this company in the future.

The headphones came with the box, case, and charger cord. It was described in very good condition, which was accurate. Overall a great experience.

I received my jbl flip 6 just fine and was able to connect it to my iphone with no problem, but I never thought it sounded quite as good as it should. I downloaded the jbl portable app to adjust the sound settings but it would never recognize my flip 6. After doing some research, I discovered that I received a fake jbl flip 6. The jbl logo on the flip 6 should be embedded into the speaker. I can peel my logo off. I have contacted customer support and will update my review as I receive help from them.

I got the older, regular V2 model instead of the 2023 version. Package was a little banged up but otherwise I received the product undamaged. I'm a bit annoyed that they sent me the older model, which costs much less, and still paid the amount for the 2023 version. If they are able to send me the correct model, or if they don't have it in stock for some reason and give me my refund promptly, I will change the rating. Kind of got in the way of plans so I'm quite frustrated with that.

The keyboard I received seemed to be in excellent condition (except for a few keys being stuck / slow to respond - but I suspect that was due to inexpensive manufacturing of the product). However the mouse had a lot of scratch marks and dirt on it. Luckily I bought the keyboard/mouse duo mainly for the keyboard, but if it had been more expensive I definitely would have requested a refund or replacement because I paid for an excellent condition and this condition was less than excellent.

Great game and addition to my collection.
