I purchased this unlocked I phone Pro Max around two years ago ( currently 2024) and it such a great buy. I selected the "good" condition no heavy denting scratching. Phone powered right on and set up was a breeze. Was able to connect to my service provider with no issues.

I was happy with the condition of the phone, but it literally had dirt on it that I had to wipe off. That didn't create a great first impression. Also, it was not shipped in a box; it was wrapped in many layers of bubble wrap and that was it. It arrived safely, but expensive electronics should be in a box.

First phone I got from Back Market and it was wonderful. Minimal scratches around the camera lenses. I bought it a while ago and now I bought another one from them, gave this one to my son and still works great! I will keep coming back.

I bought this as a Christmas present for my wife. She was very surprised to find out that it was refurbished. The phone was in excellent condition and she is very happy with it.

I got this phone back in November of 2022, my old phone was literally on its last leg. Has held up beautifully, no issues whatsoever, couldn’t have asked for a better device. I have a very clear memory of this phone coming in a day early.

very good phone, amazing quality and good condition. not that many visible scratches but still some on the speaker end. but overall been using this phone for over a year and its so amazing.

Phone had a weak battery and a tendency to overheat, but otherwise worked well, and was much cheaper than a new phone.

I’ve had it for about a year and a half now, everything still works good! Only problem I had was that my power button doesn’t wanna work sometimes and gets stuck, but no biggie !
