I ordered a flawless iPhone 13 and was worried when I first ordered. The phone game earlier then expected and had no scratches. I was very excited but disappointed to see grime on the phone all over. The battery life was not the greatest for a renewed phone 87%, because others said there’s was 100%. But, overall great, operated fine and camera works great focuses and everything.

I received my phone today, and I'm so glad I decided to use your site! I bought it for my daughter's birthday, this will be her first phone & she's going to love it! I got the iPhone 13 128 GB in excellent condition! It came exactly as described! Not one scratch or anything it literally looks brand new! Battery health was at 87% life, with the 1 year warranty you can't beat the price! I'll be buying all our phones from here for now on! Thanks for the great service!

I bought iPhone 12 pro and I selected excellent condition. The phone I received is really good and there is nothing scratch on the screen. The battery is 88%. Tested all the function and did not find any issue. I am happy with it.

I didn’t get the phone quality that I ordered, but I was reimbursed a good amount for the inconvenience. The phone works great and I would highly recommend buying a refurbished phone on Back Market.

I ordered a refurbished Android phone through BackMarket about three weeks ago. The phone arrived exactly as scheduled and in mint condition. I could not have been more pleased.

Okay now! I was hesitant buying this phone but I am glad that I did. The phone was in excellent condition. No scratches, no cracks or anything. The battery life is great. I am very satisfied with this phone. I cannot wait to order some more items from Back market! 10/10

Overall I’m satisfied with my purchase. The only two draw backs I have are the following. The box it came in was really dusty and I didn’t like that. Also the paint on the phone is chipped and faded in certain places. This is certainly not what I expected from the “excellent” condition option. I am satisfied with the performance of the phone so far though and I think that’s the most important thing

This is the 4th phone I purchased from Back Market for family members or myself. All have been great and as advertised. I don't expect to ever buy a new phone again. Experience on the website it easy to navigate and very quick turnaround.
