    Device is good. All checks on the phone through console were as advertised. Minor scratches along the bezel in 3 places which I’m happy with for the option I selected. The screen said flawless but had a small scratch at the bottom, screen protector still sealed so it’s not too big of a deal, it’s a $120 phone. I subtracted a star for the screen scratch and the ear speaker wasn’t cleaned, I had to take an AirPod cleaner and gently work out the dead skin cells and gunk. This should be done by seller. It was also shipped inside of a USPS priority bubble mailer placed inside of a box. When opened the phone was sitting at the bottom of the package with no protection other than the small piece of bubble mailer. Seller please invest in a pack of bubble envelopes and large cushion bubble roll and or shipping foam which is more expensive but provides protection when shipping fragile items. The shock from shipping translates into the phone when it’s not secure, I could shake the box and hear the phone hitting the sides. You could even go one step further and get protective stickers for the phone screens and backs, they’re very cheap and can prevent minor scuffs, scratches etc. especially on more expensive devices. I’ve had people even use clear plastic wrap with a heat gun. Anything is better than nothing and it looks more professional. Thanks again, my Dad is happy with his “new” phone and hopefully it gets another few years of security updates.

    Came in in fine quality, but it was a ups express box within a FedEx box, shipped by FedEx. Very odd Additionally, inner screen has visible scratches on it (very minor) with some dust. Would normally not be an issue, but folding phone inner screens are very delicate and hard to replace
