I really like the phone. It feels as if it was new, with no scratches. I bought one the first time but it didn't arrive because of a FedEx delivery problem. After asking many times to FedEx and receiving no solution, I decided to ask BackMarket which gave me two choices really fast and, I decided to get the money back. Once I got my money back I bought the same one, but this time I decided to pay a bit more so USPS delivered. It arrived on time and the product was in perfect condition.

They look and work amazing but when I tried to connect the to my find my app it said there was a mismatch…

The phone is good some scratches and when you look at the phone it’s self you wouldn’t see anything wrong but if you look at the phone through another phone it’s lines in background of it other than that I haven’t found any issue just yet

I guess what I paid for. Product has some more significant defects than I was expecting for it to be rated "good." Battery health is really poor so I'm not happy about that at all, I may end up returning because of this. I thought refurbished would mean that would be one of the things that was addressed. I've purchased refurbished phones from different sellers before and had excellent battery health. Also received the incorrect charging cable for this phone.

Product looks perfect and funtions flawlessly! Maybe good to find a way to notify the buyer on the website about the device’s battery health though.

The phone is great it came 90% battery and it came boxed and protected really well I don’t have any complaints..it wasn’t even a scratch on it and I got it in fair so just go for it.

Beens great

Speakers were filled with gunk and sound under water. Very simple check list task before sending out a refurbished phone. Super disappointed seeing this was a gift for my husband’s promotion.
