So far the watch looks and works great. The only problem I have is there was no padding whatsoever inside the box. The watch was not wrapped for any kind of protection against the charger rattling against the face during shipment. Luckily nothing was damaged.

I found the phone to have a little more cosmetic imperfections than I was expecting (based on the description on the product page). There was nothing big, but some scuffs and scratches here and there. I reached out to the seller and they responded quickly by offering a partial refund. Since the phone worked perfectly, I accepted their offer. I am very happy with the phone, and the customer service is great. Highly recommended.

On full charge only lasted 40 minutes to an hour using zoom. Not for me unfortunately when new they are rated for 4 hours.

These headphones were DOA! I charged them turned it on. The voice said "fully charged, connected ." Not even 15 seconds later the voice came back on and said the battery was low, needed to charge & headphones turned off! VERY FRUSTRATING!!!

UPDATED: Turned the phone on today for the first tike to switch it over and the sim card reader is faulty. Everyone online with the same issues needed there sim reader replaced! So I now have a paper weight lol so I'm unsatisfied with my order and this is a big waste of my time. Guess we will see what they do about the issue! My LG g6 arrived way sooner then it was supposed to, so very fast delivery! The quality of the phone was exactly as stated. I did have a minor issue with charging, but I did figure it out. Very quick response from SGB about my issue. They were also very polite and comforting letting me know they will take the phone back for up to 1 year if I have any operating issues! So I'd have to say I'm very pleased with my order, especially this being my first time ordering from here.
