This phone arrive quickly, was in perfect condition, and was easy to set up! I loved the packaging, which was really secure, and I love that devices from BackMarket always come with the accessories you need - a charget cord, a block, and a tool to open your SIM card port. This is the third phone and fourth device I've bought from BackMarket, and I've loved them all! I suggest this site to anyone looking to buy a refurbished device.

iPhone came within a couple of days after placing the order. No crack screen no marks . Perfect condition. I got an IPhone xs in good condition. The only problem is whenever I charge the phone it starts overheating but everything else is still works fine .

I purchased a "very good" condition iPhone 11 for my youngest daughter. I could not be happier with it. I received email updates throughout the order and delivery prices. When it arrived it looked flawless, and it has worked perfectly ever since. I delayed writing a review to allow time for the glitches to show up, but none have! I will certainly be buying more phones from Back Market in the future. 100% satisfied.

These headphones are actually pretty good. From the long lasting battery life to the clear sound quality. Only downside is that the noise cancellation decreases the sound by at least 20% while listening. As far as the microphone, for $30 headphones you pretty much get your money’s worth but from all that set aside, I would recommend these to college students and high schoolers for studying. 👍

the macbook came in only three days after i ordered it. it was really easy to set up and runs fine. there was a few times where the macbook froze on me during class, but there were a lot of downloads happening at once - so i understood where it came from. but overall, really happy with my purchase and was definitely worth the price! plan on ordering more from back market

works fine - unsure if its the laptop itself or the refurbishing that makes it a little slower than wanted. however, just the wrong model? received an e480. ill accept it, but just odd.

I wasn't happy with my purchase but the seller worked with me and I'm okay with that. Sad it didn't work out with the device bc I love the price and look of the phone. Still, I would come back and buy from the seller if our interests aligned.

The condition of the body was great, delivery was fast and well packaged! However it had no battery and could only be powered on by ac adapter. Any chance Back Market can provide a compatible battery?

Could not be happier with my Backmarket experience. This is actually my second time using the site because my first experience was amazing as well. Ordered an "excellent" condition Pixel and it arrived absolutely flawless. The documentation BM emailed me made it super easy on how to back up my data and then get the new phone working. Additionally, I sent back my old phone for credit which yet again the process was super easy and without any problems at all (the money arrived exactly when they said it would). Looking forward to conducting business again in the future. Keep up the great work!
