Motorola Edge (2022) 256GB - Gray - Locked Verizon

So here's what happened: I ordered this phone. It was shipped promptly and delivered on a Saturday. It's in great condition and works as expected. Imagine that! After two absolutely horrible, unacceptable experiences with the big A (whom I have stopped doing business with altogether because of it), I'm SO glad I didn't give up on finding a refurbished phone. This is my second Edge 2022 and it has a STELLAR camera, just like the first one. Looks and works like new. Thank you for not making me bang my head against a wall. Very happy.

The device is good but it’s still locked despite being fully paid for that’s what I don’t understand.

I ordered the phone on 6/23/26 and paid an additional $15 to expedite shipping since I needed the new phone right away. Delivery was expected 6/25-6/26 (FedEx 2-day). I did not receive the phone on the 26th and requested a tracking update from FedEx. I got notification that my order would arrive late. I did get the delivery on 6/28/26, but felt like I wasted $15 on shipping. I know it is not Back Market's fault but I felt like you need to know. I could not get the WiFi to work on the phone and ended up returning it (may have been something I wasn't doing right). The return process went smooth and I received my refund promptly.
