I inadvertently ruined my phone practically as soon as it arrived from Back Market's seller, but before that happened I briefly got to feel like I got a brand new phone that was accidentally miscategorized a a refurbish. In other words, this company is what I call A+ quality. I would be tempted to trade it toward buying a replacement, but $20 bucks!?! I kinda want to practice trying to fix it myself. I've been trying to get better at this sort of thing. I took the screws out to reveal the condition of the slot that I assumed I had damaged and I AM newbie to these phones, but it looks like a simple matter of hoping for pure beginners luck combined with YouTube lessons haha.. because all I can see is a very very slight bit of damage to the edge of the slot. For an expert, probably an easy fix, but that horrible horrible (hehe :)) $20 offer for it as-is is just going to give me reason to get some more practice in! I really wish I could reach someone there on the phone!!! It's fine chatting, but I'd like to explain that the seller needs to offer more than $20 dollars when the damage is so minimal. I like this phone very much. It's quite speedy and the performance is up to date. Although I was puzzled that it was an AT&T phone, I managed to go to their website and change it to unlock. Now my phone is compatible with any carrier. I love how this phone is really the right size for texting, and it isn't too large to change landscapes. This is my first refurbished phone, and I'm quite surprised that this is my first flagship phone. I will recommend this to my friends if they want to budget their money!! 5/5

Let me tell you something.... This phone is EVERYTHING!!!! I love everything about it. Y'all know what y'all are doing when it comes to refurbishing these devices. I mean "Like New" is an understatement.

This was the first time I researched tech on this site. It was easy to find the phone devices and compare prices. The transaction was quick, and I even bought Samsung Galaxy Buds Pro because the first experience was so easy. I wouldn't buy tech any other way than refurbished through this site. Why pay retail.

Ordered black galaxy s9 excellent condition to use for trade in, received a blue s9 slightly below excellent condition. Trade in was still accepted, but quality control could be better. Also would’ve messaged customer service but the system routes and directs in a way that makes that difficult.

I really like the IPhone X definitely a money saver for sure! The quality is amazing especially for a fair quality phone! This phone tends to have a short battery span but other than that i have no issues!

I wanted to try a Samsung Galaxy phone so started with the S20 while aiming for the S23. This phone, of course refurbished, is running pretty hot while charging so be attentive. My phone was connected to my car bluetoothth this S20 kept calling itself...go figure

I really like BackMarket because it gives another life to phones through refurbishment. I have bought three products from here but the one of the products that I bought kind of didn't meet up to standards. Like for example, after a month or two of using the second phone I bought from here it started doing some app glitches. The phone states that it is unlocked when I bought it but for some reason it has been telling me that there is no Verizon Sim Card in the phone. It doesn't let me hear my voice mails through the regular phone app even though I connected it with Metro by tmobile since it was unlocked. That's why I am warning others to check the ratings/reviews of the seller so you know what you are getting yourself into. I will always recommend BackMarket though to my family and friends just because it is more affordable than shelling out a couple hundred dollars everytime a phone breaks, etc.

fast shipping, high quality product at a fraction of the cost. my only complaint is that the refurbished phone seems to have a short lasting battery so I have to charge it every chance I get but as long as u keep a charge on it, I doesn't die. everything else has surpassed expectations
