    Because I wanted a black phone and my wife wanted a pink phone, they came from Las Vegas and Texas. I never heard of this before. They were ordered at the same time. The Texas phone was about a week later on arrival, Primarily because of the snow down south. Nevertheless, the phones should have shipped from the same location.

    So far the phone has been fantastic. The phone looks brand New and functions great no issues at all set up was easy and simple, I would definitely buy again. I will say if you find a phone on backmarket and you want it hurry and buy it cause they go fast. I bought 2 other phones before getting this one and after purchasing they had to refund me the money, which took a couple days to get it back but no issues at all on getting your money back.

    Phone looks and works great. This is my 2nd phone I have bought from Back Market. My only complaint was that phone wasn't shipped with a factory reset. It had phone number and apps from previous owner. T-MOBILE logo every time phone boots up. Shame on you for being lazy and wanting to make more money

    I ended up making a return on this because it did not arrive with the correct charging cord - it came with a USB-C to USB-A and when I plugged it into my standard USB-A to wall outlet, It did not charge. By the time I figured out the problem I had already started the return, but I did find another one from backmarket that I am very happy with, which arrived with the proper USB-C to USB-C cord.
