I purchased this laptop and I was very happy with it. For the price I was beyond pleased. Almost 1 year after I bought it, the hard drive had a problem and then the laptop quite holding a charge and had to be plugged in constantly to use. I contacted Back Market and was told to send it back for warranty. Once the seller received my laptop, they sent me a new one back within days. Great warranty, great customer service. Im very happy and will continue to shop at Back Market.

I heard about this site from a repair tech for our local internet service. It turns out my issues were from an old, tired computer. I ordered this one and am so happy with my purchase that I ordered a new laptop the same day this arrived. I'll never go back to paying full price for electronics!

Taking to local computer shop next week,I have never seen windows 10 act this way-- Hope they fix with re install or show me what I'm doing wrong. I have windows 10 on my laptop and that works for me well.

Delivery was good but since I got my laptop I have not been able to use it seems like it has to be connected for it to work otherwise it won’t startup and even then sometimes it won’t work. Will be shipping it back since I have bought warranty :/

The Dell OptiPlex 990 i7 server I purchased is exactly what I anicipated. It is running like a brand new computer with zero issue and set up was very simple. Looking foraward to replacing my other workstations now with other Bak Market units.

Item looked good as new. Everything works. Not happy with the PC having Kingfast SSD but I was going to replace SSD anyways. The RAM was Crucial, a good brand. Also came with bluetooth and WIFI usb dongle. This was not expected, but were quite handy when setting up PC. The CMOS battery seemed new but a Chinese no-name brand. Replaced it with a Duracell. Shipping was prompt, packaging was adequate but not outstanding. After installing new SSD this PC boots up in under 10 seconds. It is also nice having Dell support site. makes it easy to update drivers and bios.

I was very happy with the quality of the product when it arrived. I did have to reach out to customer service regarding the delivery time frame. It had gone well past its initial delivery date but it may have to do with customs as it came from Canada. The item was properly refurbed and came out of the box looking as new as it could. I did replace the SSD that it came with because the one they installed during the refurb was of very budget friendly quality. I will use back market again.
