I got the iPhone 13 for my daughter and I’m very pleased with the prompt service of Back Market. I must say it’s my first purchase and I was a bit skeptical but BM have not failed to delivered. The phone in good quality and fast delivery

I am blown away by how phenomenal my experience has been with Back Market. I received my new phone in about 2 days, in perfect condition and it functions exactly as needed. I wanted to upgrade my previous Note20 Ultra but remembered that Samsung no longer releases models that support SD cards, so I opted for the same phone with larger internal storage capacity since I have apps that store a lot of data. I am extremely happy with my new phone, and I didn't have to sacrifice my SD card.

Phone was for my wife. Was actually delivered a day early. Phone arrived in excellent shape, cloned her old iphone and got a SIMM electronically. She was up and running in under an hour. Great experience!

I'm still unsure of the battery life.im changing curtain settings just 2 see if different options are draining it.ill let you know.its got some nicks on it top and bottom and the bronze has some wear.its not as clean as I thought for purchasing the excellent condition.it works great and the screen is fine.i just feel the battery is draining 2 fast and not fully charging all the way.

I ordered it the 21st, it shipped the 24th and I got it today the 27th. Which is fine, I wasn't in a hurry to get it. I ordered excellent condition, the phone was already on and at 63% when I opened the package which could've been an innocent accident. Been transferring data all day, it works fine. although it charges very slowly which I was surprised about, I got this phone to replace my S9 and that charges much faster. I'm not using the cord it came with so it might be that.

Delivery was speedy. Came earlier than expected. Phone came with two very tiny scratches that you have to look really closely to see. I am yet to see the overall performance of this device. As well as the battery's health but otherwise pleased with my order.

First time ordering a refurbished phone. Arrived about a week after ordering. Excellent quality truly is excellent, almost like a brand new phone if I didn't see the tiniest scratches near the camera lenses. No issues turning it on or setting it up. Battery life is excellent. Only warning is that the product does not come with the charging block; only the lightning cable. Overall very satisfied with the phone.

Really great phone! Thoroughly love it & all it's features. I will always be a loyal Back Market regular, as this is now my third purchase and I have been super happy with everything I've gotten. Plus, it is refurbished tech, which is a win in my book. If you're thinking about getting a refurbished phone or gadget off of BackMarket, I highly recommend!

I'm not impressed by Google's choices of Pixel 8 features (no font face options, making text readable while still fitting properly, difficult) That said, the provider and Backmarket sent an excellent condition item quickly and as advertised. Functions as new.
