I received my watch in a timely manner, I loved the no shipping fee! The device came in the expected condition and even better than I had anticipated. It was easy to set up and works perfectly. I really enjoyed the price drop and eco-friendly nature of getting a refurbished device. I will be getting my new cell phone from this site soon!

Smooth experience and a great starter Apple Watch. Came in well-packaged, setup was not a hassle at all. The band came disconnected from the body of the watch to better protect the body, nevertheless, everything was straightforward. Light scratches and dust present around the edges, but perfectly functional.

I was scared to order a refurbished phone online, but it ended up being so worth it in the end! I ordered mine in "excellent" condition and it was basically brand new and arrived in 4 days. I haven't had it long enough to comment on the battery life, and there was a VERY minor scratch on the phone, but it was a s24 for over half off so no biggie!

I love the phone it came with 100% battery capacity which is rare to me. Little to no scratches on the front and back the only downside is side is the phone over heats a lot I had it for 1 and 1/2 day so far and it overheated 4 times I had to put it in the fridge lol but yeah it didn’t come with an box for the charger

They're great! Connect easily sound good. A few pieces of general feedback about this gen of these. The microphone is not very discerning so it picks up everything around you. The noise cancelling is more or less effective depending on where the noise is coming from in relation to your head. They use the old lightning charger and there are no touch controls for those of us using them with a non apple device. If you have apple I bet there are a lot of ways to control things. All in all, I bought these for comfort and noise cancelling so on those fronts definitely worth the money to me.

Purchased this phone to replace identical S20 with damaged screen and digitizer. Arrived in flawless condition and activated successfully on first attempt. Will continue to purchase refurbished phoned from BackMarket and their affiliated vendors.

I have made some really great purchases through Backmarket, but this one was a little shy of great. First and foremost, this iPod Touch is not a 7th gen, it is a 6th gen. When connected to my wireless ear buds it would seem, every now and then, as if it is trying to disconnect for just a fraction of a second. As I continued listening through the buds, it got worse. Sort of like static on a radio. It has seemed to work fine with just a Bluetooth speaker. It also works OK when connecting to my audio systems in my vehicles, which I prefer to connect through the lightning cord. It provides much better sound and volume. I will keep the Touch and add to my collection but just had a few gripes.

As a repeat customer of Back Markey, I bought this for my wife to listen to audio books and play games. Arrived earlier than expected. I had to help set it up. It was originally issued by Verizon. Once I got around that, it had the previous owners phone number and some other info. Oopsie! Being the good guy I am, I deleted all the info. It also came with the wrong charging cable, USB C to Lightning (Apple), Should have been USB C to USB C. Fortunately I had one. After a bit of time deleting the Verizon app and other apps she doesn't use, tablet works great. She has only brought to me once when something popped up relating to something I overlooked deleting. Overall the tablet works great (now)! Just a little sloppy on the seller's end not having reset to factory settings and wiping info.
