So happy with my new phone! It's refurbished and I selected the "minor scratches" phone but I was so pleased when it arrived. The scratches were almost invisible and I am so happy I got a phone that works like brand new, looks new but I only paid a small fraction of retail cost. Finding what I was looking for and finding the phone I wanted in my price range was an excellent success. Product arrived a day early. The only thing I don't and am not happy about is when typing sometimes I have to tap the screen even just for a letter some times. Other times when trying to select something on my screen I am not to tap it at times. I have to say I was thoroughly impressed after receiving a recommendation for this website, and after placing my order. First and foremost, the devices are unusually inexpensive (obviously a plus); but given options of memory and color on a site exclusively selling refurbished phones was incredible.
